Mr. MU Gui Xian , Vice President and Executive Committee Member. Mr. Mu is responsible for the management of Business Center (except for the communication products). Mr. Mu joined the Group in 2001 and previously held the position as General Manager of Tianjin GOME and GOME Appliance in Northern China region and has ten years of experience in the retail sales and store management.

Mr. FANG Wei , has been appointed the acting chief financial officer of the Group with effect from 27 November 2008. Mr. Fang graduated from Central University of Finance and Economics with a bachelor degree at Accounting and a master degree at Business Management. Mr. Fang is a certified Senior Accountant and Senior Economist in P.R. of China. Started his career in the field of finance and accountancy in 1994, Mr. Fang has had various working experiences and valuable managerial experiences in China National Electronics Import and Export Corporation, KPMG China, and Sunniwell Broadband Digital Science & Technology Ltd.. Mr. Fang joined GOME Electrical Appliances Group since the year of 2005. He had been the Assistant Director of the Finance Center, Director of the Finance Center, and the member of the Executive Committee of the Group since 2005.

Mr. Fang has achieved great success in the financial managerial area with solid financial knowledge and profound work experience in the management of internal control, budgeting, cash flow and etc.

Mr. HE Yang Qing ,Vice President of the Group and Director of Brand Management Centre. Mr. He joined the Group in 2003. He is now responsible for the management and maintenance of GOME Group’s brand name, media relationship and planning of marketing proposals. Mr. He has extensive experience in the field of sales and manufacturing industry and he was awarded one of the Top Ten Persons of Brand Construction in China in 2005 and one of the Ten Outstanding Brand Managers in China in 2007.

Mr. LI Jun Tao Vice President and Executive Committee Member. Mr. Li is responsible for management of daily operation of our Category Management Center and Control Center. He joined the Group in 1998 and previously held the position as General Manager of Business Centre. He has extensive experience in electrical appliances retailing, chain store operations and management.
